Why Female Bodybuilding is Dying

The winners at the North American show in Pittsburgh and last night in Canada are too big and too ripped.  Kudos to them but if they can't inspire other women to take up the sport.  It'll die off on it's own.   Ladies take it easy.  I know it's hard to see the forrest from the trees, but the side effects are real.  Your health is real.  The scorecard really isn't.

This is what I consider to be the last really good IFBB women's show.  Many of the ladies retired unfortunately.

The Lisa Aukland's and the Kristy Hawkins types have downsized for Physique.   Shannon Peters and Tarna Alderman hold the torch for what bodybuilding should be at this time.  Lets hope the sport follows their lead.

Bostin Loyd & Ariella Palumbo Train Arms In The Iron Asylum!

Ariella and Bostin are great competitors and very helpful. I love training videos but what's with the music and cuts.   If you're editing an intro with this music.  Excellent.  Then lets go slower so we can take in what their doing.  Listing to the music I listen to when training while watching a video is backwards.  Leave the video and the weird tints to the intro.  I'd love to hear some of their advice.

Miava Nelson

Just had to post this picture of Miava Nelson.  She took 6th in Pittsburg.  I know crazy right, that's how good the competition is nowadays.  Not sure I'd notice anyone else with her on stage though.

There maybe less shows but the dedication to the sport is a all time high.  Make sure you know who sponsors these athletes and use the products.  Sponsorship keeps it alive for so many.
